The interview process was structured and straightforward. It began with an initial screening round where my basic qualifications, communication skills, and interest in the role were assessed. This was followed by an online assessment that tested my problem-solving abilities, aptitude, and technical knowledge relevant to the position. After clearing the test, I had a technical interview where I discussed my projects, skills, and practical approach to real-time scenarios. The final round focused on HR discussion, including my strengths, career goals, and cultural fit.
