Wipro Account Manager interview questions

total interview time is one hour and i went trough two rounds and one behavioral test and then back ground check final i received offer letter after a month great experience with both the interviewer and i clarified all the doubts around about the shift

I appeared for the interview for e commerce fashion website Ajio. There were 6 rounds of interview. First round was a normal introduction interview they asked random questions like tell me about yourself. For the Second round the questions were related to customer service like what do yo u mean by customer service? what is good customer service in your opinion? . The third and fourth rounds were telephonic with the client , they just check your vocabulary, fluency with the language and stability. 5th round was on an IVR, where they check your pronunciation of words and your grasping power. 6th round was aptitude test.
