I have worked with both difficult students and well behaved students. I always try to find out what the interests are of the student in order to keep them positive and engaged. With very difficult students you must always exercise an extra dose of patience and understanding while trying to evaluate both what may be troubling them [which interferes with the session] and create a valuable educational experience by creating a mutually positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
