The part of the sale that is most important to me is building of the relationship. Then taking that relationship to help them under stand what you are selling. My belief is relationships is the most important part of any sales cycle. Second is clear and honest communications. Third you demeanor and your ability to educate. If you can build a relationship and you are able to be clear and honest the the right to ask for the sale has been done.
