My weaknesses ( I prefer to call them 'opportunities for self-improvement' ): -sometimes can get overwhelmed with anxiety if the day is really busy, high pressure, stressful and demanding. My countering strength of this opportunity: extremely self-driven to constantly work towards permanent and constant self-reflection and self-motivated adaptations and changes to make in order to constantly improve within the position My opportunity: -easily drawn towards self-disparaging mind set when feeling defeated or incapable of performing the task at hand My countering strength: easily able to switch to a success achieving based mind set and not a failure anticipated mind set; always learning and gaining knowledge is one of my top 5 personal strengths; very able to shake this negative thought process off and focus on positive outcome driven mind sets I recommend creating a list of generally personal improvement opportunities of your person, and always pin point a 'solution' by utilizing your known areas of strength. I highly recommend doing the 'Strength Finders 2.0' book and personal assessment. Very helpful as well as increased knowledge of how you function and how you can achieve success within your position.
