I applied online and was sent a link to setup an Okta account for onboarding. Upon filling in all the information it asked for, I tried submitting and was met with an error. I created a Zendesk ticket outlining the issue, included screenshots, and detailed the steps I took to try and resolve the issue myself, and the ticket was completely ignored. A few days later, I received and email stating that I did not pass the client screening, which I never took in the first place due to the issue I encountered during onboarding. The email was sent from a no-reply address so I have no idea how to actually get in touch with a human being at this company. Very unprofessional and frustrating process.
