Welocalize Translator interview questions

I was contacted by a headhunter and invited to take a test. I passed the test, I had the confirmation quite quickly but then I had two wait for weeks for an answer. I never got an answer on what would be the next stage of the process and I eventually got an email stating that they chose another candidate. I asked for a feedback and never heard about them again...
