Welocalize Lead Translator interview questions

The process didn't get to the final interview. The recruiter had bad communication and confusing information about the post. I applied for an English-Arabic Lead translator position but I got tested for an Arabic-English position although they know English is my second language. I sent several emails to the testing coordinator and the recruiter but to no avail. Communication is one of the company's weaknesses.
