It was absolute shambles. Such incompetent staff, They wrongly failed me in the Tryout without even taking my Tryout. They put someone else's failure in the Tryout on me. I contacted them few times before finally getting the revert. They were so unprofessional that they didnt even realise their mistake themselves. I had to explain everything in the email that how can i fail it when the date and timing of Tryout has not even been finalised. They finally realised the blunder they had done and then I finally took the Tryout. They literally wasted 10 days or so in the process. Once i finally did the Tryout which is like the final stage of the selection process. They again didnt even send me the results if I failed or Passed. I am super confident that i passed it because it was really an easy test. Then I asked again about the results, to which they shockingly replied that the position i applied for, is full now. I have passed all the selection criteria for the last month or so and right at the end they told me that the position has been filled. That too without even declaring if i passed or failed the Tryout. Coz earlier they wrongly failed me when I hadnt even taken the test. If they know the positions are full then why did they not tell me when they caused that blunder in first place. I felt discriminated and was left disappointed at this unprofessional and incompetent behavior. I have all the proofs in my email to verify all this. Other employers for similar roles like Telus, Data Annotation etc, have much cooperative and competent staff. I was willing to take the position as they offered long term role despite the fact that remuneration was quite low comparatively.
