Welocalize interview questions

I was asked some common interview translations, like describing myself in three words. I was mostly explained how the potential collaboration would work and who my teammates would be. The interviewer was super friendly and polite, and I was told that I would have to do another interview with the project leader afterwards.

The interview process was very convoluted and multiple times left me feeling as if I wasted my time. They state in the job description that there will be training, however, that consists of an almost 200 page book with an additional 8 videos (each around 4 minutes long) and you have to be prepared within 3 days of when they email these things to you. I already work and go to school. full time so this was very inconvenient and inconsiderate of what applicants may have going on. In addition, they asked for my IP address and then stopped responding to me for over a week after very quick and intense communication. They then pop back up and start emailing again after I let them know that I think their job is a scam and was going to report them on LinkedIn. They sent me through this testing process with very unclear rules and with no real idea of what they were asking for. They said I passed most of the exam except the last part and offered for me to take it again. I asked if I could have feedback before taking the exam again and they ignored the request and just sent the link to the exam. Their process was very unhelpful and I do believe they intentionally wasted my time after I expressed that early on in the process.
