I got a phone call from a recruiter (Global Talent Acquisition manager) at Welocalize and the while process went smooth from there. I took a short test to submit in 24hours, and she got back to me in a few days after the submission. I was transferred to a phone call with my future time keeping manager. They both were very friendly and the whole process was simple and easy to follow.
