I recently went through the interview process for a leadership role at Wells Fargo. Overall, it was a positive and well-organized experience, though I was not selected for the position. The Job Interview involved 2 levels: a phone interview and if passed an interview with the branch and assistant branch manager. Asked several situation questions. Typically should hear back within 3 weeks.
