Describe a time or situation where you had to go above and beyond to handle an upset customer
I had informal peer to peer. Felt valued. Position was clarified and I stated what i can bring to the table. Management questions, some tools like Jira. Discussed real time issues and how I will solve them.

Did hireview and got invited to superday. Superday went smooth, talked to two people. Very friendly. All behavioral, I believe I was asked 5 questions. Did superday on 11/19, and heard back 11/26 via email that I got the offer.
