I had a positive interview experience with Wells Fargo. When I applied I had to submit a video screening answering five questions. The next day I was invited to schedule a phone interview. There were only two interviews and no in-person due to COVID. The questions were customer service-based.

Tell about a time you gave exceptional customer service?
It was overall an easy interview process, a lot of behavioral questions, managers are the ones interviewing you. They want to see integrity, leadership, honesty, and leadership. Interviews lasted for about half an hour.
They first conducted a phone screening, then a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with two managers from the branch location. They followed a prescribed protocol of questions and order to ensure fairness between applicants.
