Wells Fargo interview questions

Three-person panel including one being the direct supervisor. Mostly phone etiquette questions. Only one question regarding teamwork with fellow employees. This was the question regarding confrontation. The question reminded me that most new hires are barely adults.

The lady on the phone interviewing me seemed unprepared. She went over the details of the job description and then proceeded to ask me my years of experience to see if it matched my resume, then asked 2-3 situational questions about customer service.
