Wells Fargo interview questions

Online Assessment to two rounds of interviews. Overall interview process went smoothly, what came after wasn't. Made me wait 5 months before learning that I was not given an offer. I felt that communication could have been clearer. Overall pretty disappointed by how a company as renown as Wells Fargo could have such a disorganized intern selection process.

I started with a phone screen and then 2 rounds of interviews with different level department heads. The final interview consisted of a panel. The head of the dept, my future direct manager, and a senior analyst.
