Phone interview. Sounded like a call team in the background with multiple conversations happening. Recruiter was difficult to hear clearly. It was a quick interview (prescreen). They ended up changing the region of focus to Dallas, as opposed to MN/Charlotte.
I only had phone interview for the location by the recruiter. And it was all good. I was offered job by email.location desperately needed people to work I guess. It was extremely fast-paced and after the month long training you are expected to shadow the manager and other tellers to practice the dynamics of banking from the teller line standpoint.
