Interview
Two rounds of interviewing. One with a recruiter with a basic set of questions and then the second with two managers who asked me to present to them a series of Powerpoint slides they sent me with talking points to showcase my presentation skills.
The interview process was a combination of culture and technical questions. Case study approach in further rounds. The role looked for candidates who were eager to demonstrate an eagerness to learn and drive change.
This was an initial screening interview conducted by a recruiter. The conversation focused on basic and general questions designed to assess my background, interest in the role, and overall fit. Typical questions included:
• A brief overview of my experience
• Why I’m interested in the company and the role
• My availability and work authorization
• Preferred work location (remote, hybrid, onsite)
• Salary expectations
• Confirmation of skills mentioned on my resume (e.g., programming languages, tools, or frameworks)
