One assessment, and two virtual interviews. The assessment was very simple, it was more behavioral. The first interview was behavioral (teamwork, data analysis, and adaptability) and the second had more technical questions with higher ups. The second interview topics were communication, risk and complicance, execution, and partnership.
HR screening first. First interview with hiring manager. 2nd interview with 2 direct reports. It took a couple of weeks for them to respond. They were late to each interview.

Mostly want to get to know you. There was an initial interview with one person, and then there was a day of multiple rounds of interviews. It was not too challenging, but come prepared.
