simple easy straight forward, common interview questions that are easy to answer. No odd ball questions very scripted, almost all interview questions are similar within the retail banking side. When interviewed the prospect is rated from 1-5 with the ability to answer the question, higher you rate, the more likely you will be offered the job.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
