I had a phone interview, one on one a week later. She said she was going to hire someone with more experience with that specific position but i have great skills.
she asked bout time management, leadership rolls in other jobs, a time where i went above an beyond expectations
It was a phone call pretty quick and simple, asked about my availability and tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Tell me how you multitask and work with different computer screens.

Tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.
