Had a first screening and then one video interview. It went good and had to go over my resume and basic questions. Had three people in the interview and were very easy going

Recruiter didn’t join the scheduled phone screen interview. She said there was a “slight hiccup” on her end. I then had to re-schedule. I made it to the final interview with hiring manager. I waited over 4 weeks with no response or update on the online candidate portal. I had to reach out to recruiter several times before she finally responded.
