Wells Fargo Internship interview questions

Non technical interview questions, mostly behavioural. F.e. how did you resolve a conflict in a team, discuss time where you took a leadership role. They were quite quick with the response on the outcome

Take forever to respond waited nearly six months to get a response checking daily for emails. Recruiting department needs a quicker process. Missing out on hardworking candidates, seems going in to ask for interview is only option.
