Easy interview process, basic questions and it was easy to establish a great connection with all interviewers. While the interview process was great, HR certainly needs to be worked on. After going through several round of interviews I received another offer. I made HR aware of this and the recruiter called me immediately asking me to push my offer back and they would like to make an offer as well but need some time to go through the proper internal channels.
So based upon her request I did so, I wanted to weigh both options out from a financial perspective to choose what would be the best fit. HR tells me give them a few days, so I did. Three weeks go by and I dont hear anything so I accept my other offer, after I already accept Wells Fargo HR reached back out and says they have an offer for me. I decline as I have already accepted.
I found it extremely unprofessional to tell me you will give me an offer within a certain timeframe and then not even follow-up to communicate if there was a delay on your end, I felt like the recruiter had no regard for my other offer or even me as a candidate and just expected me to wait around. Especially after asking me to push off my offer deadline you think they would be able to communicate better. To top it off the recruiter seemed quite upset that I had already accepted my other offer, after me clearly telling her when my deadline to accept was. Very weird process.

Open and straightforward. The hiring manager asked basic questions relevant to my experience. It was an open and two way dialogue. The hiring manager was practiced in interviewing and made the situation comfortable. They made an effort to hear a complete background.

Interview
Multiple interview process. I met with 5 different people. Business and risk and admin. I have not yet met with h r. Each process was two fold to check me vs their position. But I used each sitting to gage the culture and what was expected. Each person was not sure what the scope was but had an idea.
This was a business generation position and was good to hear there was flexibility with regard to where a lead may come from.
Still waiting for an offer.....
