Wella Company interview questions

Firstly, I interviewed the lead recruitment of Wella on the phone. Then he arranged an online meeting with the head of the IP department and the head of the R&D department. The meeting lasted almost an hour. Then, I learned that they contacted my reference and had another online meeting for 20 minutes with her. After all, they did not get back to me, even with a rejection. I waited a long time and sent a follow-up email regarding the interview's outcome.

It was pretty long but meaningful, no usual "philosophical" interview questions. I preferred this interview process compared to ones I did in other companies. The interviewer where always coming back with updates on the state of process.
