Wayfair Software Engineer interview questions

There is an initial pre-screen by a person reading from a question list. They do not have any expertise or knowledge of work. This person poorly described next steps telling me there would be an interview with hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager started 10 minutes late. This person said they did not know they had an interview and certainly hadn't prepped. Instead of interview, they simply did a code challenge for which I was not prepared. He was also very rude. I wasn't allowed to ask any questions about the role or company. Despite newspaper reports that this is an up and coming company to work for, I found them disorganized and unprofessional. I wasn't surprised when they had a mass layoff shortly after I interviewed with them. I do know I will never apply to work for them.
