It was a 30 min interview with recruiter. He gave some background regarding the company and then proceeded to asking question regarding my background . after that I was also able to ask some questions.

Not one proper conversation got referred and first-round interviews took place, solved the take-home assessment and then nothing.no replies to emails or any updates. very Unprofessional and did not expect that from Wayfair.
