First they did a phone interview. Then, they had me come in to do a wpm test, a personality test, and a skills test answering customer questions, and then I had a one on one with one of the coaches on the floor.[ I was offered the job on the spot.

They had me do a 1 1/2 hour long assessment prior to being hired. I worked hard on this trying to show my writing and problem solving skills. About 2 minutes after finishing that I was whisked into an interview room and asked a few questions before being hired, I doubt that even looked at my assessment that I worked so hard on.
