I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA)
Interview
Started with a recruiter phone screen asking high level questions about background and interest. From there, interviewed with four senior product folks on site, which took about a half day. One of the on site interviews consisted of a case study. Final interview was a chat with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Questions mostly were about behavioral fit and examples of experience. Then a full case study to demonstrate skill sets.
Rounds of interviews in 30 minute blocks, switching around to interview with various teams. Typically 2-3 back-to-back interviews. Most of the typical behavior based and applicable questions. Sometimes a trainee sits in on the interview call to listen to the process. Very easy to ask questions and share personal experience, overall good virtual experience. Used Google Meet.
