Was reached by a recruiter through LinkedIn . Had an initial phone screen , was then scheduled for a call with another PM who was late for the interview and seem uninterested in the process . Overall a negative experience .
Applied online and heard back from the recruiter the next day. We went my experience and he recommended a position that was an exact fit based on my experience. Had a 1-1 with the HM next and it went pretty well. The next round was the case before the final loop. They asked the same questions that are mentioned on Glassdoor previously. After my interview, they told me that I would be a better fit for the SA PM position and not the PM. While I appreciate the honesty and feedback, I did not agree with the statement. Looking back on the comments on Glassdoor, that seems to be a usual trend at Wayfair

Question 1
Behavioral questions going over resume and past experiences. Case question is already mentioned here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (New York, NY)
Interview
Highly unprofessional. Applied through a referral and started off well. Recruiter call after a week and offered the next step. Was ghosted for two weeks until I was suddenly called for a director interview 2 days later. Was told it would be a behavioral interview. 15 minutes before the call, the recruiter emailed and said that it was being changed to a case study. Director seemed cold and uninterested in the conversation. Have now been ghosted for 4 weeks after that call. Even spoke with the hiring manager who asked the recruiter to follow up, but still have not been contacted. No accountability in HR/recruitment.
