Wayfair Operations Manager interview questions

long series of interviews with a basic case study, pretty standard. Seems to have gotten even longer since I started with the company in 2019. You now have the option to complete a culture interview where you are interviewing a wayfair employee on what they think of the company, which is a plus.

Step 1 was good with recruiter. Step 2 was surprising. Only 1 manager was taking the interview. No Hr was present and interview went for only 30 mins. Usually for such roles, its more than 1 interviewer and more than 30mins.
