Wayfair Marketing interview questions

Positive, friendly, and open environment. Interviewers are relatively new to the company (1-2 years). A lot case studies and prepare for behavioral questions of how you work in a team and solve problems.

Had an initial interview with recruiter. Took about 2 weeks to get in-person interview. Recruiter walked me around the office (amazing by the way) and then met with about 8 different people in about 4/5 rounds. Pretty laid back interview process with general questions. Took the recruiter about 3/4 weeks to get back to me with feedback after having emailed him 3 times back and forth.
