I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
Screening call with recruiter, video case with team member, and onsite interview with multiple team members. The cases are in line with what other reviews mentioned, mainly around e-commerce metrics and doing simple calculations. It’s important to know how to calculate things like conversion, profit, etc.

Interview
There was a sceening interview mostly to get to know more about wayfair. Technical questions weren't difficult. Got asked questions related to their products. Coding questions weren't too bad. Process took about a week. I waited for 2 months and no response yet...

Question 1
Mostly focus on linux, c++, and machine learnings. Very down to earth day to day skills. Machine learning questions are all related to their website, about reviews, recommendations algorithms. Some basic people skills.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Largo, FL)
Interview
Initial interview was more detailed questioning than expected. Made it all the way through final round on-site interviews. Was given a heads up that everything went well. Provided a decision date - that was nearly a month ago. Never heard back from anyone. Extremely unprofessional IMO.
