Wayfair interview questions

Set of five interviews with potential peers, reports, mostly behavioral questions. Each interview was centered around one topic, e.g., culture, conflict management, strategy, etc. The last call was a case study/ exercise with the hiring manager.

Very straightforward interview process. First round with hiring manager, second round was a panel interview with the team I’d be a part of, third and final round was with the VP of the department.
