Applied online, the first interview with HR and then the hiring manager. Really surprised when I came to the realization that the hiring manager knew less than I did about PCI. After mentioning several times that I had completed Service Provider Level 1 on many occasions she asked if I'd ever performed a Merchant Level 1, she obviously doesn't know PCI to ask that question. I guess the look of shock on my face discouraged her from giving me the opportunity. The hiring manager seemed to lack knowledge about InfoSec in general as well.

Screening interview, take-home coding test, and a series of four "in-person" interviews with engineers and managers. The most challenging interview was the System Design one, where engineers ask you to describe how you'd build and scale a system.
