Interview
Connected with Recruiter on the phone then set up call with two Senior Managers. After interview with Managers came in for on site to interview with the team. Met with around 6-7 people all asked behavioral or scenario based questions. First part of the day however was a case study they told me "You can't prepare for". Felt like the focus of the whole day is how you perform on the case so the other meetings did not really matter. About five days later had another phone interview, then the next day spoke with the Recruiter again. Was not offered even though I was told all the team member liked me and I would be a fit for Wayfair. I guess my performance on the case was not good enough, followed up with some questions on how to improve but haven't heard back.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jun 2013
Interview
It was a positive one. The people who interviewed me were smart, funny, and gave me feedback. They were able to make me comfortable and really figure out what were my strengths by making me feel like myself. After leaving I felt like the time flew by. It was one of the most positive interviewing experiences I've ever had.

Interview
The person who interviewed me had a BoB Marley T-shirt. He was pretty cool. Laid back fun interview. I enjoyed the questions and the time. I would recommend to be confident and laid back which is how the company is.
