There were three rounds, one behavioral and two case studies with different people. They were very nice and helpful throughout the process - wanted to see your thought process in every step of the studies.

Question 1
Presented an excel sheet and asked to perform calculations
Very long and tedious, didn’t explain who I would be interviewing with and made me wait on the video for an hour while getting the other people to interview. Not professional process

Question 1
If your business was down x percent and you have to bring it back to x percent, what would you do?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wayfair in Feb 2022
Interview
Long and impersonal process... I applied through a referral. After a week I received a link for a 2hr coding assessment. After I submitted that assessment... crickets for ~25 days(!). Then, I received an invitation for a first round. It was a case study, that required some basic NLP knowledge. Then after 2 weeks, I was notified that I made it to the final round. However they didn't tell me when that was about to happen, I was notified less than 48 in advance (!). The final had a behavioral, a case, and a coding round. The case interview was all about time series, although it was clear from my resume that this is not my area of expertise. For a very ML/DL-heavy position, I was surprised that I wasn't probed for my understanding of ML algorithms or statistics, nor an opportunity was given to me to discuss in-depth my past projects. The rejection came after 4 business days.
