Be very wary of organizations that are willing to put several people through hours worth of interviews plus unpaid work and still be unable to identify someone for a position they can’t even guarantee more than 6 months of employment. Not only does that highlight a culture of deep mistrust coming from leadership, but a lack of respect for both the interviewee’s and colleagues’ time.

Question 1
How do you approach stakeholders who are not sold on an idea you’re pitching
Both email communications and initial phone interviews were straightforward in the beginning of the process. After more communications or a promise of being contacted for “next steps,” I was ghosted twice for two separate jobs at two different Wayfair brands. And these incidents happened months apart from each other. I followed up with both recruiters and heard nothing. Not a good way to treat prospective hires.

1 Karat - cleared
Then 4 interviews on same day
1. With two immature programmers. Was explaining in between but one of them started giving suggestions without letting me see the error. Completed the coding question before time.
2. Database design by a senior person
3. Team building - mid to senior two person team
4. System Design - One senior person.
Recruited said I did above bar in database design/schema design/Team building etc but not in coding. Lol
Their loss. they are loosing potential assets to the company on feedback from immature person.
It was a pleasure to meet with senior persons from Wayfair and the way the talked.
