I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA)
Interview
The process was HR round first, followed by Technical interview on coderpad and it was followed by multiple onsite interviews. The onsite inteview contained design questions, code review, SQL etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Apr 2018
Interview
They didn't get my resume even though it was on hired.com (thats how they found me) so they just printed out my linkedin profile. Nailed most of the questions, for the one I didn't do well on it only takes 2 weeks to review and know sql at most. For the others, the negative feedback included that I solved a problem in a way that was different than how they solve it and it took me too long. For that last one, they gave me a keyboard I wasn't used to and apologized for using such a keyboard during the interview, apparently they forgot to mention that in their feedback, so I'm mentioning it in mine. Didn't get the offer, but on hired.com, were willing to pay 160k salary in Boston.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Mar 2018
Interview
Wayfair has one of the best interviews processes. Though I was not offered, I felt really good about the company. Recruiters are really nice, and organized.
I did a total of 6 rounds of interviews, 3 telephonic and 3 in-person. After the telephonic interviews, they asked me to fly to Boston. Wayfair actually paid for my Flight, Hotel and other expenses, which was nice.
In every round after first call, there was an coding task. Though I was not able to complete the coding task during 2nd and 3rd rounds, they called for onsite because they liked my approach to problem solving.
In-person interviews were more like discussions than question-answer sessions.
4th round was with a Engineering manager who grilled me about the process.
5th round was with Software Engineers, who asked me a programming question about elevators and another about System design.
6th round was with Software Engineers again, and this time they had me do an actual coding task and a database design.
