Wayfair interview questions

It was a two step interview: Phone screen 30 min which asked behavioral questions and they went over the position and pay Zoom call 45 min (role play + behavioral quedtions)

The recruiter reached out. An initial interview with the recruiter setup. Then a meeting with the hiring manager. Then a case study with the interview panel. Many more 15 min talks with the recruiter in between. I passed the case study. Then, they decided not to hire for the position! Waste of time!
