The HR process is very organized but is too hectic.
The levels of interview is too long and sometimes takes over a day.
First round was telephonic, and was asked about general things like study status, visa etc.
The second round was more technical with excel sheets and problem analysis.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA)
Interview
One direct interview. Then a panel interview. Finally, a follow up interview to review a case study.
I consistently received highly positive feedback on all fronts, from all members of the interview group, as well as from the case study.
Wayfair's communication was purposefully deceitful throughout the hiring process. They moved the goal posts and brought in candidates after a hiring decision deadline had been communicated. One of those candidates received the offer.
Don't talk to their recruiters, but do check with anyone who spun through their doors... it's all the info you need.
