Wayfair interview questions

One direct interview. Then a panel interview. Finally, a follow up interview to review a case study. I consistently received highly positive feedback on all fronts, from all members of the interview group, as well as from the case study. Wayfair's communication was purposefully deceitful throughout the hiring process. They moved the goal posts and brought in candidates after a hiring decision deadline had been communicated. One of those candidates received the offer. Don't talk to their recruiters, but do check with anyone who spun through their doors... it's all the info you need.

During the first HR interview I was given positive feedback and promised to get an answer (either way) in the next 48h. I waited 4 days and then sent a follow up email and nobody answered.
