Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter over LinkedIn then a phone screen followed.
1) Phone screen is live interview session which involved basic algorithm to solve followed by SQL questions
2) Onsite interview at their Boston office
Very basic and straight forward. Included the generic System Design, SQL interview, reviewing code completed at home and Wayfair fit.
Never contacted back by the recruiter.

Onsite
One of the the worst process, after behavior I was told that they want to get me onsite. After all the scheduling they call me and tell there was a mistake and they don’t want to get me onsite. Interview itself was very simple.

Question 1
Given a string that represents path for a truck to take check what’s the weight on truck at the end of route. After that asked to make sure weight is removed from truck only if there is extract weight of boxes.
Example: 10B20 20B10 10 -5B10
(10 boxes of 20lb)
output- 460

Interview
Had a call with recruiter. We discussed mainly on projects on my resume, technical skillset. This was followed by a screen shared coding round was arranged with one of the senior team members.
Out of 60 minutes for technical screening round, the interviewer called late by 5 minutes. Then he talked on my resume and position for approximately 25 minutes. In remaining 30 minutes, I was supposed to complete the coding question. They wanted to see nothing less than a working solution. Didn't really see the way I worked through to reach solution. Interviewer had reserved a room for himself, and ended interview quite abruptly, saying room was not available any more.
The worst part was, no one contacted me ever after this round. I sent follow up email to recruiter and interview coordinator. They didn't care to respond. When people are spending their time and energy preparing for interview, not responding at all is very disrespectful.
