Interview
first round was a 45minute case interview, which if you were invited back would turn into 2 second-round interviews, each 45 minutes. The 1st second round interview was behavioral and the 2nd second round interview, which followed immediately after with no break in-between was a case study interview. Cases were extremely hard, and in the end, the last case recruiter pretty much promised me the role just to be turned away the week after. Extremely disappointing and even my sorority does a better job of teaching us not to bid promise pnms #iykyk

A time that you experienced an inefficiency with a customer
Great interview process with clear communication throughout. The entire process took about a month from start to finish, providing a positive experience and transparent updates at every step. Overall good.
For the interview process there was an initial screening, and then an interview with a manager and a business case. I had never done a business case before, so that was something that was new to me but they did share materials/resources to help prepare.

You need to be prepared to do a business case style interview.
It was a case interview. Should split a case into small parts and apply econometric tools to each part. They are friendly, but questions are very broad, so coming up with an answer right aways is not easy.
