Interview
It started with a standard recruiter talk. Then, there was a general one-hour technical talk with a senior IC about my previous experience, projects, and achievements. Then, I got into a code review and system design questions interview. A third-party company did this stage. There were several different situations like bottlenecks, new feature needs, etc, I needed to offer solutions to these situations. In the second stage of this, I reviewed a code file and offer solutions to problems in the file. Then, I got into four-phase interviews. I talked to 3 different senior managers for one hour each and one system design session with another engineering manager. Senior managers asked me several questions about the situations I had earlier. They all connected with the company's principles. The design session was a classic system design interview. The whole process took about 2 months.
Interview process has a few rounds. The questions are easily available online. Best time to ask critical questions on what the interviewer likes/not like in their current role and get their perspective.
It’s a typical system design and behavioral interview. First phone screen, then a round of easy programming, system design, behavioral and hiring manager interviews. I used to be onsite but now is fully online as well for remote roles.

Interview
Interview process is cordial and sympathetic. Interview questions are not hard but they do have a certain specific answers to the questions which gives you greater chances of selection. Prepare well and look up.
