Multiple video calls, word math problems including working through and solving a math equation while on camera. Interviewer read the question wrong forgetting to tell me some of the information which took an additional 10 minutes to fix.

My overall interview experience with Wayfair was unfortunately quite negative and unprofessional. The primary issue was a severe lack of communication and respect from the interviewer.
Disrespectful Demeanor: During the interview itself, the interviewer's demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful, which made for a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.
Non-Responsive to Follow-ups: After the interview, I sent a thank-you message and a subsequent follow-up inquiry, but I received no response to any of my messages.
Unprofessional Interaction: In an attempt to connect professionally, I sent a WeChat request, which was outright refused without any explanation. This felt like a further breach of standard professional courtesy.
Ghosting: Ultimately, the interviewer did not reply to my request for an update on the interview process, resulting in being completely ghosted after the interview stage.

Question 1
They focused heavily on my English proficiency, asking me to self-assess my skills and provide specific examples of how I've used English in a professional setting. While this is a standard question, the interviewer's tone during this line of questioning felt more dismissive than evaluative, which was unfortunately a defining part of the experience
First round phone screen followed by a zoom interview. Phone screen was about yourself while zoom interview was more technical questions. Math concepts as well as strategy questions on how to better improve operations.
Too long. No feedback provided despite being asked. Disappointing given the time given over and then to discover no role available. Seemed a good place to work. Nice buildings and facilities.
