Phone screening with recruiters then peers. Following that, I was brought in for an on-site with recruiter, peers and exec/team. Approximately 30-45 mins per person. Discussed professional experience and the company’s growth plan.

LONGGG in person interview for the final but they reimbursed a ton of expenses. They reimbursed for lunch, travel, and parking. Before that we had only virtual interviews over zoom.

Interview
Interview process was standard. I met with quite a few people that are EA's with Wayfair, the CEO's EA and the Executive I would support. Everyone was really nice. I did feel like the hiring recruiter was quite young and not very well versed in hiring.
