Application
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Oct 2011
Interview
After sending in my resume I got a call within two weeks to come in for an interview. They were very flexible to work around my schedule. I came in and interviewed with two people - one who would be my manager and one person from HR. The interview was basic questions about my experience and personality. They called me by the end of the week (2-3 business days) with their decision.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing was too difficult or unexpected. Standard interview questions such as "What is your biggest weakness/strength"
The interview process was easy, simple and to the point. The team manager was the person that interviewed and asked very common interview question such as what is your biggest weakness, where do you see yourself in the next couple of years, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
I met with someone from HR to go over details about the company in general and then a 1:2 interview with my potential manager and a senior team member. Pretty standard interview questions, the atmosphere was friendly and informative.

Question 1
Standard stuff about my experience, interest in working there, etc. No strange curve ball questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA)
Interview
You can basically bomb the interview and still get a job offer. This department has a very high turnover rate so they are always looking for fresh-out-of-college people. I met with two department managers who asked very basic questions that weren't challenging at all.
