Applied for the Data Science Internship position through Handshake via my university. Wayfair sent me a Codibility OA about a week later with a 40-minute time limit with 1 Leetcode Medium and 10 short multiple-choice Statistics questions. The Codibility interview was fairly simple, but I wasn't prepared for the Statistics part.

Question 1
10 statistics related multiple-choice questions (Linear regression questions, set questions)
Had a recruiter screening, behavioral interview with a hiring manager from the team, and case interview with a more technical manager. Case was medium difficulty, I struggled but ended up getting the offer.
Not difficult at all, just do a case and a series of behavioral - you just have to understand that they care about cross functional leadership. Very flat organization - you will be interviewed by random senior managers who don't care that much if you get hired or not

Tell me about a time you had to work well with others
1st round case — very straightforward and was about 45 mins
2nd round behavioral — 2 back to back 45 mins interviews
They send an interview guideline sheet to prep with beforehand, which was helpful and if you go by that you will be fine.
