The first step after you send the resume is a phone call. They will ask generic questions about background etc. If they find interest, the recruiter will schedule a video interview with a case study performed by the hiring manager. I am waiting to hear back after the second step.

I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.

3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
