I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Jun 2012
Interview
HR interactions/screens, Phone screen, be-all-and-end-all so-called technical interview by relatively inexperienced, megalomania, like many companies now mistaking themselves with Google, aping their styles and even questions. These days interviewers want to appear smart, and steal Q&A from various puzzle books, asking questions that they could not themselves answer! Who you know trumps!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Generic Qs unrelated to skills, talents, and abilities. They would not know talent if it slapped them across the face!

The interview process is very straight forward and recruiters are very good to follow up immediately. Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. Later scheduled Karat interview. Once I've completed the Karat interview scheduled for final interview.
